The hotel of choice in Tbilisi. Well-equipped and tidy rooms with balcony, a nice view, a private terrace, marvellous breakfasts. Excellent location just a pleasant stroll away from Georgian National Opera Theater. Nice restaurants onsite.

this hotel is wonderful and clean, has consistently courteous staff and magnificent location near the mall near the restaurants ang tourist spots. the rooms are big size and silent with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. the breakfast is delicious and amazing served with local products, more than enough international food.

The rooms at Hotel Marlyn are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like being wrapped in a warm hug. With air conditioning, bathrobes, and comfy beds, it's a dreamy retreat. The views from the rooms are simply stunning. Whether you overlook the city or the peaceful garden, it's a sight to behold. Perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down on the balcony.

Personally, I could have done without the minibar. It's just not my thing, but I'm sure others might appreciate the convenience.

Loved the room with a nice view, my bed was comfy. The room was brand-new, the location was excellent and unbeatable. I tried some drinks at wine bar Ivy Wine & Tapas Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was delicious and amazing with local products, the best I had in Tbilisi. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, a few steps away from Freedom Square. There were stores and boutiques around the hotel.

It had a magnificent location - near Freedom Square. Plus, it was right by several good restaurants, and central Tbilisi. I loved delicious breakfast served daily.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect for exploring the city center and old town. It's easily accessible by car or metro, making it convenient for visitors with children. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, ensuring that you'll never go hungry. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me and my family during a difficult situation. They even accompanied us to the hospital and provided support throughout our stay. Their level of care was truly outstanding.

Cleaning could be improved.

The staff are polite and welcoming, managed the parking nearby. The ambiance is quiet. The breakfast is MARVELLOUS, the room is exceptionally clean with a private terrace.

I got complimentary deluxe queen room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were available too. The location was very central, not far from Tbilisi city-center and restaurants.
